Why it’s worth drinking: Cara Mia Vineyard. Planted before the winery existed, the vineyard is the bedrock of the winery. Before Red Mountain was all bought up with outside money, Cara Mia came into existence. Red Mountain is the warmest AVA in Washington and Cara Mia is evolving to mitigate any climate change in a fully holistic way. This will be a great site for years to come.
