Why it’s worth drinking: Domaine de Montille has some great holdings around the Cote de Nuits but really shine in the Cote de Beaune. This wine is a great representation of Les Greves just outside of Beaune proper. Consider this a portal to sitting outside the Hotel Cep and watching the place where your wine was grown. Quintessentially Burgundy.
