What to do with it: What grows together goes together. This is a more nimble, lithe style of Sangiovese compared to its’ cousin Brunello. This a light red sauce pasta or charcuteries. Decant.

Why it’s worth drinking: Besides the perfect scoring from critics? This is worth trying to see what that 100% Sangiovese in Tuscany would look like. Chianti is often a blend and we don’t see what the Sangiovese looks like solo. Looks pretty good to me.
